Perfect for a late afternoon indulgence or catching up with friends, it's a serene moment to savour on the shores of Saadiyat Island.

Unveiled tableside with a golden salted caramel pour, this signature indulgence reveals layers of velvety chocolate cake and silky chocolate crémeux, finished with a delicate crunch of chocolate pearls.
